It can be frustrating and time consuming when your Apprentice or Trainee is not keeping up with work expectations. Perhaps they’re taking too many personal days or always seem to be on their mobile. Or they could be struggling with safety requirements or required skills for the job.

At no cost, an industry-experienced mentor can provide one-on-one support for your 1st or 2nd year Apprentice or Trainee - helping them keep up to date with their training and your workplace expectations. Our mentors work in with your busy schedule to ensure minimum disruption to your business.
